Therefore, we offer flexibility for our customers. You can choose to subscribe for a monthly box to enjoy continuous, tailored healthy living products and tips directly delivered to your doorstep, or make a one-time purchase if you prefer to try our service first. Gift a box to a person, friend, family member or coworker who's heart you would like to touch with the Good News. Our subscription service ensures that you never miss out on the latest faith building materials curated specifically for you.
A: Yes, you can change the shipping address for your monthly Box of Hope subscription. To ensure a seamless transition, please log into your account on our website and navigate to the subscription settings. Here, you will find an option to update your shipping details. We recommend making any address changes at least 5 business days before your next scheduled shipment to ensure your Box of Hope arrives at the correct location. However, if the item has shipped you will not be able to receive a refund till after the item is returned. 3. Receive Replacement: Once confirmed, we will send you the correct box as soon as possible at no additional charge. All items must be present, unused and undamaged to receive a full refund.
4. Correct Box Delivery: Once we have confirmed the mistake, we will send shipment of the correct box to you. You will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
